This new book retraces the complete history of this famous metre gauge network which mainly served the interior and the west of the Breton peninsula.

In this first volume, Dominique Paris retraces the history of the network from its creation to the immediate post-war period, accompanied by a complete study of the rolling stock of the period. Around 300 photos, plans and unpublished archive documents illustrate the 300 pages of this first book.

Volume 2 will deal with the history and equipment of the network, from the post-war period to the present day.
